Common questions
I cannot check in
Check-in requires foreground location permission and a sufficiently accurate GPS reading. Confirm that Location Services are enabled, PickleCheck has permission to use your location while the app is open, and you are within the court's check-in area.
The court pin is in the wrong place
Send the court name, city, and the correct map location to support. Do not repeatedly move around or attempt to check in from an unsafe area. New court submissions require the submitter to place and confirm the pin directly on the courts.
I forgot my password
On the Sign In screen, select Forgot Password, enter your account email, and follow the instructions in the reset email. Check your spam or junk folder if the message does not arrive promptly.
I did not receive an account email
Confirm that the email address is correct, then check spam or junk folders. Allow a few minutes before requesting another message. Contact support if the problem continues.
How do I change my privacy settings?
Open Profile and select Edit. You can control supported real-name and DUPR visibility settings.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile, select Delete Account, enter your current password, and confirm. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How is my location used?
PickleCheck uses foreground location when you initiate proximity-based actions such as check-in or crowd reporting. PickleCheck does not continuously track your location or request background-location access. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Reporting safety or abuse concerns
Email support@picklecheck.com with the subject “Safety” or “Abuse.” If there is an immediate emergency, contact local emergency services.
